From scattered experimentation to a shared adoption roadmap.

A mid-size healthcare organization moved from ad-hoc Al use to a defined four-session rollout - surfacing priority use cases, building manager reinforcement into the coaching cadence, and leaving leadership with a clear next-stage roadmap.

When we brought Amie and Hbird Consulting in, I wasn’t sure if the team would be receptive — instead, our team made the leap from treating AI as a glorified Google search to actually building workflow tools we use every day. Over four sessions, our leaders went from uncertain to building live Copilot agents against our real business data, and the results showed up fast: we're seeing time savings ranging from 10–15 minutes on routine customer inquiries up to hours weekly off tasks like our backorder and forecast management, and a new contract launch plan our team built during the program went straight into use for a real July launch with minimal work. Amie Rafter is a certified AI leadership and adoption advisor who has been doing trainings, coaching, talks and projects for several years. AI is moving fast, and the technology is moving faster than humans can implement. She is focused on meeting clients where they are at, and skilled at breaking down complex technology into structures organizations and teams can act on.

With an MBA, over 20 years of sales and leadership experience at Covidien, Medtronic, Cardinal Health, and Hewlett-Packard, along with experience as a nonprofit leader, entrepreneur, and business development specialist, Amie brings a broad perspective to every engagement. Her passion is supporting ethical, human-led adoption of AI in ways that align with building cultures, not eroding them.
