Hbird was founded with a mission to empower. After working in corporate and non profit, and seeing the gaps in support and knowledge we saw an opportunity to be a bridge between coaching and entrepreneurship, human connection and AI, and have learned through experience, common roadblocks to success. We make complex topics accessible and help our clients stay strategically focused and tactically supported at the same time.

Does Vision to Launch include setting up the LLC, or the website for example in the package?

Vision to Launch is a deep dive that is designed to walk you through the process of starting your business with clarity. We can offer advice and support for all the task We do help with logo design and colors and advise on technology with some initial implementation guidance and prioritization. Websites, full CRM implementation and Social media management are add ons available, and quoted separately, once the brand vision is fully established.

My company is telling me to use AI, but I am overwhelmed. What is the best way to engage Hbird for support?

The best way to engage is to set up a discovery call and share your specific needs. We do ad hoc sessions for specific advising on how to use AI in your work, or we offer trainings for your team on how to implement. If you are an entrepreneur, we can build some AI training into your Vision to Launch or consulting package as tools to optimize your business.

Do I have to buy a whole 6 session package for coaching? What if I don't need all the sessions?

If you are looking to navigate or make significant change in your career, we feel its good to get clear on your goals, values and what you are looking to do next and this takes some time and we provide specific exercises to bring you in to grounded clarity before you start looking for new jobs or leaving your current on. We do offer individual sessions after completion of your package if more is needed. That said, we are open to talking to and working on your unique need and customizing a package for your situation if necessary.

Consutling and Business Development are broad terms, can you further define your offerings?

Absolutely, Consulting is a broad term. We are generally engaged for support with marketing communications strategies, branding and digital support. AI trainings and support are popular and we have expertise in sales and and sales enablement and you can look at Amie's Linked in profile to gain a sense of her expertise.
